What the cleaner keeps
kept- Product title, brand, category, SKU, model number, UPC/barcode, product URL, and vendor/source.
- Only the first five product rows are exported for the free sample.
- Blank fields are allowed when the catalog does not have model or UPC values.
What the cleaner excludes
blocked- Customer, order, payment, contract, cost, margin, password, API-key, and credential columns.
- Private-looking values inside kept product fields, such as emails, phone numbers, addresses, or card-like numbers.
- Anything this tool excludes should stay out of the first sample email.
After cleanup
Email the cleaned five-row CSV only if it looks right.
Do not send the original messy export. Review the downloaded file first and confirm it contains only product rows.
